Strategy Call
Tell us where
you're trying to go.
You'll speak with a founder, not a salesperson. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck — we'll ask about your goals, look at what you have now, and come back with a clear path, scope and next step.
Every enquiry is read by a person and answered. No auto-responder that goes nowhere.
Muhammad or Adil takes the call. The people who'll do the work, from the first conversation.
If you don't need what we sell, or the timing is wrong, we'll say so. That's happened before.
Whatever we work out on the call is yours to keep, whether you hire us or not.
What Happens Next
Four steps,
no mystery.
You've probably filled in an agency form before and heard nothing. Here's exactly what happens after you press the button.
We read it
A founder reads your enquiry — not an assistant, not a filter. If anything is unclear, we'll ask before assuming.
Same dayWe look first
Before we reply we check your site, your search visibility and your market, so the first conversation isn't spent on basics.
Within 1 business dayThe call
Thirty minutes on your goals and what's blocking them. You'll leave with a clear view of the path, whether or not you hire us.
At a time you pickA written proposal
Scope, deliverables, timeline and price in writing. No surprises later, and nothing committed until you say so.
2–3 days after
What you'll get
- ✓An honest read on whether your goal is realistic at your budget
- ✓The specific problems we can see in what you have now
- ✓A recommended order of work, even if you do it yourself
- ✓A written proposal with scope, timeline and price
What you won't get
- ×A sales script or a discount that expires at midnight
- ×Guaranteed rankings or invented performance numbers
- ×A retainer proposal when a one-off fix would do
- ×Chasing calls if you decide it isn't the right time
Thirty minutes, and yes. We use it to understand whether we're a fit — which is as much our decision as yours. There's no charge and no obligation, and whatever we work out together is yours to act on however you like.
Not at all — pick "Not sure yet" on the form. Plenty of people arrive knowing something isn't working without knowing whether it's the website, the messaging, the traffic or the follow-up. Diagnosing that is the first useful thing we do.
No, the field is optional. It's genuinely useful though — not to price up to it, but so we can tell you honestly whether what you want is achievable at that level, or recommend a smaller starting scope that is.
We'll tell you on the call rather than sending a proposal you don't need. Where we can, we'll point you toward what would actually help — including doing it yourself or working with someone else. It costs us a proposal and saves everyone a bad engagement.
We work with clients internationally and run projects remotely as standard, with calls scheduled around your time zone. Most of our work is with businesses in the US, and location has never been the thing that decides whether a project goes well.
